Project Description
The Challenge
Tracey Huguley has built something genuinely meaningful: a professional development space for sign language interpreters and heart-centered service providers. Her courses cover everything from burnout recovery to mindfulness and social justice. The content was strong. The platform wasn't keeping up with it. The existing site felt disconnected, the visual identity didn't reflect the warmth of her work, the course layout made navigation harder than it needed to be, and the checkout flow had friction that was quietly getting in the way of enrollments. Tracey needed a platform that felt as considered and professional as her courses themselves. That's where we came in. The goal wasn't just to make things look better; it was to build an experience that would carry her learners from "just browsing" to enrolled and engaged.
What We Did
A Full-Platform Rebuild, Not Just a Facelift
We took a look at every part of the site, from the homepage all the way through the post-enrollment learner experience, and rebuilt what needed rebuilding, rather than patching what was broken.
Homepage Redesign
Rebuilt the homepage from scratch to reflect Tracey's brand as warm, credible, and clear. The new layout leads visitors naturally toward course discovery and enrollment, with strong visual hierarchy and an identity that actually feels like Tracey's work.
